On November 30th, at the headquarters of the Masovian District of the PCK, an Andrzejki meeting took place, organized by the PCK Volunteer Care Corps for its charges – Soldiers of the Warsaw Uprising.
It was a wonderful evening, full of memories and interesting stories, there were fortunes told and, most importantly, lots of laughter and good spirits.
The Andrzejki meeting was crowned with a surprise – a beautiful gesture from the Main Board of the Association of Warsaw Insurgents.
Our volunteers received commemorative medals on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising from the hands of the Vice-President of the Association of Warsaw Insurgents, Mr. Janusz Maksymowicz. The gifted ones were incredibly moved, considering the awarded medals as an extraordinary distinction representing the trust and friendship connecting them with the Warsaw Insurgents. "We will treat this decoration with pride and due respect," were the words of admiration, and some had a tear in their eye.
We are very proud of the volunteers of the PCK Volunteer Care Corps "OKO," as their immense efforts, care, and showing heart to the Warsaw Insurgents beautifully result in joy, but above all in hope and faith of our Heroes in a "better tomorrow." And only by working together can we do so many good things for others.

Blood Donation Campaign at ZSLIE no. 1
On 05.11.2024, an exceptional blood donation event took place at our school under the motto 'To the Rescue'. The students of our school responded en masse to the call and donated blood, which was urgently needed to save the health and life of Kacper, a student from a partner high school, who is a peer of our students.

On the days 24.10 – 04.11, lectures on blood donation took place at our school. During these meetings, students had the opportunity to learn about the importance of donating blood and how to prepare for it.

HDK Days in Kozienice
A ceremonial atmosphere, awards, and thanks for the gift of life – this was the 2024 celebration of the Honorary Blood Donors Day of the Polish Red Cross (PCK) in Kozienice, which took place on November 22, 2024. The event was organized by the Regional Branch of the Polish Red Cross in Kozienice and the Club of Honorary Blood Donors at Enea Wytwarzanie.
