- Donations made directly to the Polish Red Cross may not be tax-deductible in your country, unless we have an official partnership with a local registered charity or foundation in your jurisdiction.
- Tax deduction rules for cross-border donations vary across the EU. In some cases, your donation may qualify under EU non-profit recognition rules (based on the Persche case law), but this often requires additional documentation and depends on your national tax office’s interpretation.
