Family game for Polish and Ukrainian families

On a sunny Sunday at Zalew Rejów in Skarżysko-Kamienna, a special outdoor game aimed at Polish and Ukrainian families was held. The event was organized by the Polish Red Cross Regional Branch in Skarżysko-Kamienna and volunteers from the Refugee Assistance Center. The initiative aimed to integrate the local community with people arriving from Ukraine, as well as to spend time together in an atmosphere of fun and mutual support.

Participants in the event could take part in numerous outdoor integration games and activities. Children were offered animations and creative activities, while adults benefited from sessions with a psychologist, which allowed them to talk about their emotions and experiences related to daily life in a new place.

The highlight of the day was a joint outdoor game, and in the evening – an integration bonfire and art therapy, during which participants could express their emotions in a plastic form. The entire event took place in a warm, family atmosphere and was a perfect example of effective integration through activity and mutual understanding.
