The Łódź Regional Branch of the Polish Red Cross in Łódź, as part of the implementation of Project FELD 07.07-IP.01-0055/24 "Let's Live Together – Center for Integration of Foreigners" is looking for a person for the position:

Job description:
The person in this position will be responsible for contact with program participants in direct, telephone, and email form, providing information on using medical services, ways, and places to obtain necessary official certificates, housing rental rules, assistance in finding specialists, assistance in understanding the functioning of the state, basic labor law provisions, and principles functioning in civil society.
They will also be responsible for recruiting participants for the project, encouraging participation in integration events organized as part of the project, supporting beneficiaries in using public services and available digital tools such as mObywatel, IKP.
Scope of duties:
conducting the information point
recruiting beneficiaries for the project
promoting the project's offer among refugees from third countries
encouraging beneficiaries to participate in integration meetings
analyzing the immaterial needs of supported project participants and directing them to relevant institutions.
supporting project participants in using public services and available digital tools such as mObywatel, IKP.
Preparing reports for the purposes of achieving set goals.
Education, experience and skills:
Secondary or higher education. Preferential graduates of humanities, social sciences.
At least one year of professional experience in the field of humanitarian or social assistance, support for foreigners.
Experience in integrating individuals.
Knowledge of Polish (minimum level B2).
Communicative knowledge of Ukrainian (minimum level C1).
An additional asset will be:
Experience in the integration and employment activities of refugees from Ukraine.
Experience in providing information.
Experience in using digital tools (applications).
Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.

The ordering party will reject the offer:
