Job description:
The advisor’s task will be to establish first contact with the foreigner, identify their needs and problems, understand their personal situation, and subsequently direct them to the appropriate substantive units (organized on-site at the Center for Integration of Foreigners or to institutions outside the Center), which will be able to support them on the given issue:
accompanying foreign families in solving difficult situations;
explaining the principles, norms, and obligations functioning in Poland;
assistance in searching for apartments, establishing contacts with apartment owners, mediation;
in contacts with landlords, explaining applicable rules, assistance in paying bills;
accompanying during doctor visits;
mediating in handling various types of administrative matters and contacts with institutions (e.g., District Labor Office, Tax Office);
assisting in filling out official documents;
providing information about places they can turn to with their problems; promoting knowledge about the situation of foreigners in Poland and cultural differences affecting mutual relations within the local community, especially in situations of contact with landlords and employers.
Scope of duties:
analyzing the needs and problems of project participants
identifying deficits and skills
developing an individual support path for project participants
assistive services
counseling; creating an individual support path for the project participant
promoting knowledge about the situation of foreigners in Poland
social integration
co-participating in organizing meetings and integration events
supporting participants in everyday life challenges.
Education, experience, and skills:
Secondary or higher education. Preferably graduates of humanities, social sciences.
Education in the field of counseling, substantive support for people in social and professional integration.
A minimum of one year of experience in the area of integrating people.
Ability to use digital tools (applications).
Good knowledge of the MS Office package
At least one year of professional experience in the field of humanitarian or social assistance, supporting foreigners.
Knowledge of English (min. Level B2).
Knowledge of Polish (min. level B2).
Communicative knowledge of Ukrainian (min. Level C1).
Additional asset will be:
Experience in the integration and professional activity of refugees from Ukraine.
Knowledge of the Ukrainian language.
Good knowledge of the MS Office package.

The contracting authority will reject the application:
submitted after the deadline;
submitted by a contractor not meeting the required qualifications*;
inconsistent with the content of the request for proposals*;
containing errors that are not obvious writing or arithmetic mistakes;
if the price of the offer exceeds the amount that the contracting authority allocated for the execution of the order;
absence of the statement in the CV of the following content: "I consent to the processing of my personal data by the Polish Red Cross 00-561 Warsaw, ul. Mokotowska 14, for the purposes necessary for the implementation of this and future recruitment processes." Candidates are informed that they have the right to access their data and to correct, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing (if the processing is based on consent), which was done based on consent before its withdrawal;
