PCK Honorary Blood Donor Days and summary of the "Young Blood Saves Lives" tournament

It was also an excellent opportunity to award the most deserving blood donors with badges and decorations:

At this point, we would like to thank all blood donors, who prove every day that without their support, helping another person would not be possible. Thank you for your commitment, the promotion of honorary blood donation among local communities, and the spreading of the idea of the Polish Red Cross.

In the Best Promotion of Honorary Blood Donation category:

3rd place – II General Secondary School in Wieluń

2nd place – Secondary School Team No. 1 in Radomsko

1st place – County School Team No. 1 in Sieradz

In the Activity Indicator category: the amount of blood donated in the tournament per adult student of the school

3rd place – Secondary School Team No. 2 in Pabianice

2nd place – Secondary School Team No. 5 in Piotrków Trybunalski

1st place – Secondary School Team No. 3 in Pabianice

In this year's 3rd Voivodeship Bowling Tournament, 19 teams participated! and the winners were:

1st place – Honorary Blood Donor Club of the Polish Red Cross at the PKP Idzikowice Junction

2nd place – Honorary Blood Donor Club of the Polish Red Cross “Honorary Hedgehogs” at the County Fire Brigade Command in Zgierz

3rd place – Honorary Blood Donor Club of the Polish Red Cross of City Guard Officers in Łódź.

The best male player was Mr. Marcin Stańczuk from the HDK PCK Club named after Adam Bogdański at the Volunteer Fire Department in Stara Sobótka, while the best female player of the tournament was Ms. Dorota Gadomska from the HDK PCK Club at the PKP Idzikowice Junction.

We would like to once again express our deep gratitude to all tournament participants for the time spent together, great fun, and fair play.

We thank the Bowling Center “King of Balls” for sponsoring vouchers for the best tournament players.

The honorary patronage of the tournament was taken by: Łódź Voivode Dorota Ryl, Marshal of the Łódź Voivodeship Joanna Skrzydlewska, President of the City of Łódź Hanna Zdanowska and the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Therapy Center in Łódź.
