Technical dialogue regarding the CRM information system for the Polish Red Cross (PCK)

The aim of the technical dialogue is:

1. Planning and preparing the procurement procedure, which should lead to rational and economical spending of the funds allocated in the budget for this purpose.

2. Obtaining the necessary information that can be used to prepare:
– a description of the object of the order,
– specifications of the terms of the order,-
contract terms,
– estimation of the order value,
– determination of the implementation period of the task.

3. During the dialogue, the inviter will seek to gain knowledge about:
– technical parameters,
– possibilities and methods of integration with online payment systems used by the Polish Red Cross,
– quality of technical support/IT,
– system functionality,
– operating conditions,
– purchase costs,
– operating costs,
– the offered CRM information system (Customer Relationship Management).

4. Familiarizing oneself with the available solutions on the market.
