Technical dialogue regarding the website for the Polish Red Cross

The purpose of the technical dialogue is:

1. To plan and prepare the procurement procedure, which should lead to rational and economical spending of funds allocated in the budget for this purpose.

2. To obtain the necessary information that can be used to prepare:
– a description of the object of the order,
– the specifications of the order conditions,
– the contract conditions,
– the estimated value of the order,
– the determination of the task realization period.

3. During the dialogue, the Inviting Party will seek to gain knowledge about:
– technical parameters,
– integrating a payment system that allows for the choice of one-time or recurring payments linked to the Payu or PayPal systems,
– the quality of technical/IT support,
– the functionality of the system,
– user settings and appropriate assignment of permissions depending on the needed access to individual tabs.

4. Familiarization with available solutions on the market.
