Promoting Honorary Blood Donation in Kielce

Thanks to funding from the City of Kielce and cooperation with the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Therapy Center, inspiring educational talks took place yesterday at the Economic School Complex in Kielce. Students had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge about voluntary blood donation, debunk myths related to blood donation, and shape positive pro-social attitudes.

As part of the information and educational package for young people, various promotional materials have been developed. Teachers can use multimedia presentations, comics, educational games, puzzle booklets, posters, leaflets, brochures, and infographics that are tailored to the developmental needs of students. The current core curriculum allows for the transmission of knowledge about voluntary blood donation during biology classes, ethics classes, and homeroom hours.

We sincerely encourage participation in our talks and sharing your own ideas for promoting the concept of voluntary blood donation. It is uplifting that so many young people are willing to help others.
