Creative Thursdays on Mariacka Street in Sandomierz!

As part of the public task of the Sandomierz Municipality "Activities for the activation of seniors", the Polish Red Cross in Sandomierz organized yet another unique workshop for seniors. This time, participants had the opportunity not only to integrate and spend time in pleasant company, but also to develop their manual and artistic skills.

During the last session, seniors created original wall decorations. Beautiful trees made of lichen and impressive owls made using macramé technique were created. Creative work not only stimulated the imagination but also provided excellent hand exercises, which is particularly significant for older adults.

The workshops are not only an opportunity to learn new artistic techniques but, above all, a time spent in a supportive, joyful atmosphere. Joint activities strengthen bonds, boost self-esteem, and provide much satisfaction.
