The Regional Branch of PCK in Koszalin will carry out the following accompanying actions:
Educational program – introduction to the principles of healthy eating
and counteracting food waste
1. Topic of the classes: Rational nutrition, balanced diet (diet composition, plate of healthy eating)
DATE: September 30, 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM
2. Topic of the classes: Nutritional needs of specific groups (children, adolescents, adults, and seniors) – nutritional standards
DATE: September 30, 2024 from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM
3. Topic of the classes: The role of food components and their food sources.
DATE: October 4, 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM
4. Topic of the classes: Nutritional errors – discussion of selected diet-related diseases (e.g. diabetes, obesity, cavities)
DATE: October 4, 2024 from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM
The classes will take place at ul. Grunwaldzka 20, 75-241 Koszalin
