We invite you to apply for the position of "Integration Assistant" in the project "Together to Independence" funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund.
Required qualifications
Minimum higher education.
Experience in integrating individuals.
Knowledge of Polish (minimum level B2).
Communicative knowledge of Ukrainian (minimum level C1).
Driving license category B
Desired qualifications
At least one year of professional experience in the field of humanitarian or social assistance.
Experience in integration and professional activity of refugees from Ukraine.
Experience in housing in Poland.
Experience in using digital tools (applications).
Good knowledge of the MS Office package.
The scope of responsibilities of the Integration Assistant includes:
Recruiting project participants (approx. 700 people) from individuals residing in Collective Accommodation Centers in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship.
Promoting the Together to Independence project offer among refugees from Ukraine through visits to Collective Accommodation Centers.
Encouraging beneficiaries to participate in integration events within the project.
Supporting refugees in searching for housing and preparing rental agreements.
Conducting monitoring visits in rented apartments.
Developing and implementing an Individual Action Plan for project participants.
Analyzing the intangible needs of supported project participants and directing them to appropriate institutions.
Supporting project participants in using public services and available digital tools such as mCitizen, IKP.

Full-time
Term of the employment contract: 01.05.2025 – 31.12.2025.
Fixed-term contract until the project duration.
Maximum salary: 6700 PLN gross (approx. 4890 PLN net)
