Work place:

West Pomeranian District Branch of the Polish Red Cross in Szczecin, Wojska Polskiego 63, 70 – 476 Szczecin

Expectations:

  • higher education in pedagogy, psychology, sociology, social work or in another field whose program includes rehabilitation, social work, care and educational pedagogy or has studied in any direction, supplemented by postgraduate studies in psychology, pedagogy, rehabilitation or a qualification course in care and educational pedagogy

  • knowledge of computer operation and MS Office programs

  • independence, good work organization, teamwork skills

  • communication skills, commitment, creativity, high personal culture

  • experience in office work and good time management

  • category B driving license along with experience in driving company cars

  • skill confirmed by experience in applying for external funding

  • knowledge of German language and a qualified first aid course is welcome

The hired person's tasks will include:

  • administrative and office work

  • coordination of the statutory activities of the Polish Red Cross, including the work of PCK facilities such as: Club Senior+ in Szczecin, Day Support Facilities PCK;

  • initiating and continuing cooperation with units subordinate to the West Pomeranian District Branch of PCK in Szczecin, including business trips to these facilities

  • preparation of statistical and substantive reporting from the activities of the West Pomeranian District Branch of PCK in Szczecin

  • securing sources of financing for substantive activities, especially by submitting bids for the implementation of public tasks

  • organizing various types of educational and promotional events using local media and cooperation with local authorities and other institutions
