Your responsibilities:
Initiating projects and implementing initiatives aimed at securing financial and material resources for the Polish Red Cross.
Carrying out nationwide fundraising campaigns for the Polish Red Cross.
Acquiring corporate and individual donors.
Cooperation with public administration and institutions in securing funds.
Preparing grant applications to the Mazovian Voivodeship Office, the Marshal's Office of the Mazovian Voivodeship, city offices, and counties in the Mazovia area.
Our requirements:
Higher education, preferably in marketing or management.
Experience in fundraising or related fields, such as marketing, customer acquisition, sales.
Strong writing skills, ability to edit marketing-related content.
Ability to adapt to the needs of the audience, initiative in contacting people.
High interpersonal communication skills – effective communication with external and internal stakeholders.
Ability to organize one's own work and collaborate with a team.
Creativity and diligence in assigned tasks.
Good command of the English language in both spoken and written forms.
Knowledge of the principles of applying for funds under grants, including from EU sources.
Familiarity with working in the non-governmental organization sector is an advantage.

2. Data is collected for the purposes of conducting the recruitment process. The legal basis for processing data is: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) – consent of the data subject for data that is not required by law; Article 6 paragraph 1 letters b) and c) – for the provision of data necessary to conclude a contract and data required by labor law from the candidate.
3. Personal data will not be made available to other entities.
4. You have the following rights:
o the right to access the contents of the data (in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR);
o the right to rectify the data (in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR);

7. Information provided by you will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
8. Data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
9. Data will be stored until the selected candidate accepts or rejects the job offer and then for 6 months to defend against potential claims, unless you consent to participating in further recruitment processes, in which case the data contained in application documents will be stored for 1 year from the date of their submission.
