According to Article 13, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR), we inform you that:
1. The Data Administrator is: Polish Red Cross ul. Mokotowska 14, 00-561 Warsaw, KRS: 0000225582.
2. Data is collected for the purposes of conducting the recruitment process. The legal basis for data processing is: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) – consent of the person whose data is being processed in the scope of data that is not required by law, Article 6, paragraph 1, letters b) and c) – in the scope of providing data necessary to conclude a contract and data required by labor law from the candidate.
3. Personal data will not be shared with other entities.
4. You have the following rights: the right to access your data (according to Article 15 GDPR); the right to rectify your data (according to Article 16 GDPR); the right to delete data (according to Article 17 GDPR); the right to restrict processing of data (according to Article 18 GDPR); the right to data portability (according to Article 20 GDPR); the right to object (according to Article 21 GDPR); the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
5. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to present your professional profile.
6. Consent to the processing of data can be withdrawn by sending a message to: zarzad.glowny@pck.pl or by post to the address: Main Board of the Polish Red Cross 00-561 Warsaw, ul. Mokotowska 14. Withdrawing consent means no participation in the recruitment process and deletion of your application.
7. The information provided by you is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
8. Data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations. 9. Data will be stored until the selected candidate accepts or rejects the job offer, and then for 6 months to defend against possible claims, unless you consent to participate in further recruitment processes, in which case the data contained in the application documents will be stored for 1 year from the date of their submission. 10.
