100 Lat OR PCK in Garwolin!!!

The Regional Branch of the Polish Red Cross in Garwolin consists of three basic units: the Honorary Blood Donors Club of the Polish Red Cross named after Rev. Dr. Antoni Święcicki; the Teachers' Circle of the Polish Red Cross; and the youngest unit, the Environmental Circle of the Polish Red Cross.

We celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Regional Branch of the Polish Red Cross in Garwolin during the 105th anniversary of the Polish Red Cross. We are happy that we could invite longstanding, active members of the Basic Units to the ceremony organized in the atmosphere of the 100th anniversary of the Regional Branch of the Polish Red Cross in Garwolin and thank them for their social activities by presenting beautiful statuettes.

During the ceremony, which was organized on December 12, 2024, specifically to honor the deserving honorary blood donors, badges of the 3rd, 2nd, and 1st class were handed out in sequence. The badges were awarded along with Certificates.

The 3rd class badges were received by: Arkadiusz Chudek, Leszek Dziubak, Dawid Flont, Marcin Gontarz, Michał Głaszczka, Monika Jakubaszek, Marek Kapusta, Marcin Miszkurka, Aneta Modras, Klaudia Parzyszek, Tomasz Paziewski, Marcin Raciborski, Adrian Rodak, Zofia Sztylka, Katarzyna Woźniak, Hubert Radziej, Marcin Rosłaniec, Arkadiusz Śliński, Adrian Sergiel.

The 2nd class ZHDK badges were received along with Certificates by: Paweł Kapusta, Stanisław Kasperski, Ilona Kubiak, Piotr Metera, Arkadiusz Ogrodnik, Jan Rybicki, Piotr Żywek, Ireneusz Bogusz, Marek Piekulski, Krzysztof Rusak, Marcin Więsik, Łukasz Rudnicki, Marcin Dąbrowa, Robert Długaszek.

The 1st class ZHDK badges were received by: Ireneusz Bogusz, Marcin Dąbrowa, Robert Długaszek, Paweł Głaszczka, Wojciech Gąska, Łukasz Górski, Paweł Hubert, Łukasz Kowaluk, Henryk Mąkowski, Marzena Migas, Marek Opiekulski, Andrzej Szczygielski, Paweł Wojdat, Krzysztof Rusak, Marek Buława.

The badges were presented by Ms. Honorata Krzywoń, Director of the Masovian Regional Branch of the Polish Red Cross, and Mr. Michał Mikołajczyk – President of the Regional Branch of the Polish Red Cross.

The ceremony for honorary blood donors was organized by the Polish Red Cross Regional Branch in Garwolin in cooperation with the City Office of Garwolin as part of the public task implementation.

During the ceremony, three high schools from the Garwolin County that ranked the highest in the Regional Stage of the National Tournament of the Polish Red Cross in voluntary blood donation: "Young Blood Saves Lives" were awarded with beautiful cups.

During the ceremony, fire services from the Garwolin County were honored for their greatest activity during the course of the National PCK Program: "Fiery Rescuer – Hot Blood."

In addition to the Fire Units, the most active firefighters who had a very significant impact on their Fire Unit's results received statuettes.

The tournament lasted until the end of June. We are therefore waiting for the final results of the regional stage.
