On October 13th we celebrate Emergency Medical Services Day – it is a special moment to sincerely thank all rescuers in Poland for their daily service, readiness to act, and dedication to saving health and human lives.
It is a profession, but above all – a mission. We thank you for every day of this difficult and responsible work.

We proudly remind that in our voivodeship operates Medical Rescue Group PCK Bydgoszcz – one of only two such units in the entire country.

The Group was established in 2004 as the PCK Rescue Group. Over time, with the addition of qualified medical rescuers to the team, it transformed into PCK Medical Rescue Group, thereby expanding the scope of its activities and competencies.

The main areas of the Group’s operations include:

  • participation in rescue operations during disasters and catastrophes,

  • supporting searches for missing persons,

  • medical securing of mass events,

  • conducting training and demonstrations in first aid and medical rescue.

Members of the Group constantly improve their skills by participating in numerous training sessions, exercises, and drills - all to respond as best as possible to the challenges that reality presents to them.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank all members of the Group for their commitment, professionalism, and readiness to help.

We are glad that such a strong and dedicated team operates right in our region.
