On May 31, 2025, the DOBROsklep of the Polish Red Cross in Warsaw will celebrate its first birthday. On this occasion, we invite all supporters of the ideas of helping, ecology, and responsible consumption to a unique, all-day event at ul. Banderii 4 lok. U2 in Warsaw's Wola.
DOBROsklep is the first charity shop of the Polish Red Cross, which started its operations on May 8, 2024. In 12 months of operation:
it has accepted over 11 tons of used textiles for reuse,
provided direct support in the form of clothing, shoes, toys, and school supplies to nearly900 people,
organized26 free workshopsand educational events for the local community and people from Ukraine,
has engaged in cooperation with numerous aid facilities and an animal shelter.
DOBROsklep operates according to the motto:“For those in need · For the planet · For you”, achieving sustainable development goals and countering social exclusion.
Birthday attractions – May 31 – event program:
10:00 – Opening of doors,welcoming the first guests.
10:15-10:45 – Secrets of styling – a meeting in Ukrainian with stylist Anna (IG: anna.zuieva_)
10:45-13:15 – Styling in practice – individual outfit selection for Ukrainian-speaking clients of the PCK's DOBROsklep by Anna (IG: anna.zuieva_). Phone registration (504 519 663). Session duration approx. 30 min. Limited number of places. 50% discount* when purchasing a selected styling (complete or individual items). An individual written consent will be required for publishing photos on PCK's social media profiles.
11:30 - 14:00– A new life for clothes – upcycling workshops in painting clothes selected from the PCK's DOBROsklep assortment.
Phone registration (504 519 663). Duration approx. 2.5 h. Limited number of places. From the previously prepared clothing proposals (denim jackets, t-shirts, pants), participants, under the supervision of a specialist, will paint the clothing selected for themselves and then fix it. The workshops conclude with a photo session in the upcycled clothes. An individual written consent will be required for publishing photos on PCK's social media profiles.
12:00-12:30 – Birthday cake.
15:00-15:30 – Secrets of styling – a meeting with stylist Filomena (IG: fizelinafryzel).
15:30-18:00 – Styling in practice – individual outfit selection for clients of the PCK's DOBROsklep by Filomena (IG: fizelinafryzel).
Phone registration (504 519 663), session duration approx. 30 min., limited number of places, 50% discount* when purchasing a selected styling (complete or individual items). An individual written consent will be required for publishing photos on PCK's social media profiles.
18:00 – Conclusion.
Additionally, throughout the day:
shopping with a birthday 20% discount*,
guided tours of the DOBROsklep,
attractions for children: face painting, braids, coloring pages,
first aid demonstrations on a dummy,
snacks and drinks.

What distinguishes the PCK Health Olympiad with Biedronka is the combination of theory and practice. Participants not only solve tests, but also carry out specific educational activities in local environments.

"Fiery Rescuer - Hot Blood". We have behind us another edition of the program
They save human life and property, take care of safety, and additionally give a part of themselves to other people. They are firefighters-blood donors. The Polish Red Cross has distinguished the most active units of the State and Volunteer Fire Departments involved in the beautiful idea of honorary blood donation.
