The delegation from the Polish Red Cross, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland in Geneva is negotiating resolutions on the following topics: building a universal culture of respect for international humanitarian law; protecting civilians and objects from the potential human costs of actions related to the use of information and communication technology in armed conflicts; strengthening disaster risk management through comprehensive legal and regulatory frameworks; enabling local leadership, capacity, and implementation of principled humanitarian actions, and strengthening resilience; protecting people from the humanitarian effects of extreme climate and weather events.
