Registrations for the XXXII edition of the Polish Red Cross Health Olympics with Biedronka start on October 18, 2024.

The Olympics is aimed at students of primary schools – grades 6-8, vocational schools of first and second level, general secondary schools and technical schools. It is organized throughout the country, and participants compete in one of two age categories:

  • Category I – primary schools (grades 6-8)

  • Category II – secondary schools, as mentioned above.

The competition is four-stage and includes:

  • School stage organized by schools fromNovember 12-18, 2024.– a test consisting of 40 questions both single-choice and multiple-choice.

  • District/zone stage organized by Regional PCK BranchesJanuary 9, 2025 – a test consisting of 40 questions both single-choice and multiple-choice.

  • District stage organized by District PCK BranchesApril 3, 2025.consists of:

    • a written test of 50 questions both single-choice and multiple-choice, as well as questions of the type "true-false",

    • evaluation by the Jury of the Olympics of documentation from the course of one promotional action for the goals of the Olympics, called "health-promoting action", carried out by the participant on the topic "Alternative ways of nutrition and sports in the lives of children and adolescents"

  • National final organized by the Office of the Main Board of the PCKMay 23-25, 2025.consists of:

    • a written test of 100 questions both single-choice and multiple-choice as well as questions of the type "true-false",

    • evaluation of the presentation personally made by the participant of the health-promoting action assessed within the framework of the district stage of the Olympics.


Students will compete with peers from all over Poland for valuable prizes. An additional prize for the winner of the national final of the Olympics in the age category – secondary schools will be an index to one of the higher education institutions. A detailed list of institutions will be provided before the start of the Olympics final.
