Saint Nicholas celebrations in the Polish Red Cross are ongoing! The Małopolskie Branch of the Polish Red Cross presented several gifts to sick children in the oncology ward and the emergency room at the University Children's Hospital in Krakow. Meanwhile, the Subcarpathian Branch of the Polish Red Cross organized a visit from Saint Nicholas at the Humanitarian Aid Center in Przemyśl. The anticipated guest with a big sack of gifts also reached many other places. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, he brought smiles, goodwill, and nice surprises everywhere.
Over 50 children from Poland and Ukraine participated in the Saint Nicholas celebration at the hospital in Krakow. Elves from the Polish Red Cross organized animations, dances, singing, and arts and crafts for them. There was also face painting. The highlight of the meeting was a visit from a guest from Lapland. Saint Nicholas brought a large sack filled with gifts for each small patient in the oncology ward.

In Gorzów Wielkopolski, Saint Nicholas was accompanied by a PCK Squirrel. Gifts and goodwill reached patients in the pediatric surgery department and the clinic of the Voivodeship Multispecialty Hospital in Gorzów Wielkopolski. In many places, food packages also reached adults and brought them similar joy as the little ones. All beneficiaries thank the wonderful donors of PCK for helping Saint Nicholas organize such necessary assistance!

Before Christmas, the Polish Red Cross plans many more aid activities, so we appeal for further help and warmly encourage you to join the campaign
#DignifiedHolidays. Now every gesture of kindness matters. Let’s share the joy of helping, and may the goodwill reach those most in need! Help with PCK!
