Sometimes it takes just 1.5% to operate at 100%

Donate 1.5% of your tax to us. Your support will enable us to act quickly and efficiently, especially when help is needed immediately.

Donate 1.5% – enter KRS 0000225587

Every year, millions of Poles have the opportunity to decide where 1.5% of their income tax will go. This is a unique chance to support organizations that provide aid to those who need it the most, without any additional costs. This year, the Polish Red Cross wants to show that with your support, we can help those in need even more effectively – because “Sometimes, all it takes is 1.5% to operate at 100%.”

It is your support that enables us to act quickly and effectively, especially when help is needed immediately, as was the case during the floods last year. Together, we have the opportunity to make the world a better place – for those in need, for local communities, and for future generations.

Why the Polish Red Cross?

  • We are neutral and impartial - we help regardless of religion, nationality, or political beliefs.
  • Thanks to extensive experience, training, and modern equipment, we guarantee professional action - you support specialists in providing assistance.
  • We conduct a wide range of activities - your 1.5% can go, for example, to help children, support seniors, humanitarian aid, or crisis actions.
  • We operate throughout Poland - from the largest cities to small villages. Your 1.5% can support those in need living right next to you.
  • We are transparent - we account for every zloty donated to us.
  • Thanks to our membership in the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, we can operate worldwide, while other organizations within the Movement help us when support in Poland is particularly needed.
  • The Red Cross is an organization known all over the world - you can join the global movement of providing assistance.

What will we allocate your 1.5% tax to?

  • Assistance to flood victims - rebuilding after the catastrophe in southern Poland is still ongoing.
  • Preparation of holiday packages for the poor and sick.
  • Rehabilitation and psychological support for seniors.
  • Purchase of school supplies and organization of summer recreation for children from families in difficult situations.
  • Crisis interventions - thanks to support from 1.5% of taxes, we are always ready.

Each year, the Polish Red Cross helps over a million people in need. This would not be possible without the support of donors. Your 1.5% matters.

Since 2016, Daniel has been raising two sick children alone. After an accident that limited his mobility, he faces the challenges of everyday life every day. Despite everything, he works as a caretaker to be independent and self-sufficient. Daniel's family lives in the shadow of the children's chronic illnesses, which bring much worry and suffering. In winter, as Daniel himself says, "the poor get the wind in their eyes." How do they envision their dream holidays? They simply wish to spend them with dignity – without luxuries, without a lavishly set table, but with moments of peace, shared time, and no worries.

Thanks to the support of donors from the Polish Red Cross, Daniel's family can count on food assistance. The children are happiest with simple things, such as breakfast cereals or pancakes with jam, which their dad prepares from products donated by the Polish Red Cross. Your donation can ensure that more families like theirs spend these holidays with dignity. Fund a food package and give them a moment of respite. Together, we can make this holiday truly special.
