Big countdown to the First Aid Championships

WE BEGIN THE GREAT COUNTDOWN

This coming Saturday, Lublin will become the arena for the XXX National First Aid Championships organized by the Polish Red Cross! This unique event is not only about sporting challenges but also an unparalleled opportunity to spread knowledge and skills in first aid that can save lives.

What can we expect?

This year's championships will involve 96 participants, divided into 16 teams, who will compete at 16 specially prepared stations. Each participant will have to demonstrate not only theoretical knowledge but, above all, the ability to apply it practically in crisis situations. It will be a true challenge that will test their skills, determination, and teamwork.

Why are we doing this?

Our mission is simple: we believe that knowledge combined with practice is the best form of education. For years, we have been committed to promoting first aid, knowing how crucial quick and effective response is in emergencies. These championships are another step in educating society, showing that each of us can become a hero.

Where and when?

We invite everyone to the Theater Square at the Meeting Center of Cultures in Lublin. We start precisely at 9:00 AM, so it's worth getting there early to feel the atmosphere of competition and cheer on our brave participants together.

This event is not only an opportunity to admire the extraordinary skills of rescuers but also to learn through observation. We have prepared educational stands where you can learn more about first aid, as well as participate in workshops led by experienced Polish Red Cross instructors.
