PCK helps flood victims - join us
The Polish Red Cross is collecting donations for flood victims. Everyone can help by transferring funds to the account of the Polish Red Cross: 16 1160 2202 0000 0002 7718 3060 (or Via Blik: 794 33 22 11 with the note Flood). We encourage this form of help. It is more effective than collecting physical donations: financial resources can be transferred more efficiently and costlessly to places where help is needed. Transporting physical donations always involves additional costs, which we could allocate to other, specific support for flood victims. By participating in the financial fundraising, we are sure that the people in need will receive the help they need at that moment through the PCK branches operating in southern Poland.
For those who choose another form of assistance despite everything, the Kujawsko-Pomorski District of the PCK and selected PCK Regional Departments are conducting a material collection for people affected by the flood.
We are collecting:
Bottled water – crucial for ensuring access to clean water, especially where local water supplies have been destroyed, cutting the local community off from drinking water;
Non-perishable food – canned goods, biscuits, rice, pasta, and other products that will be easy to store and distribute;
Hygiene products – soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, diapers, and other personal hygiene items;
Cleaning supplies – detergents, disinfectants, protective gloves that will help in cleaning flooded areas and prevent the spread of diseases.

PCK in Toruń, ul. Jęczmienna 10, Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
PCK in Grudziądz, ul. Dąbrowskiego 11-13, Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
PCK in Tuchola, ul. Świecka 45, Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
PCK in Włocławek, ul. Zduńska 14, Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
PCK in Świecie, ul. Wojska Polskiego 141, Monday - Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
