Polish Red Cross begins recruitment for the program “Together for Independence”
“Together for Independence” is a nationwide program dedicated to Ukrainian citizens who are under temporary protection in Poland and reside in collective accommodation centers. The activities offered within the Program aim to assist in achieving independence by leaving the centers, accessing vocational counseling, and participating in integration and adaptation events. The Program is implemented by the Ministry of Interior and Administration (MSWiA) in partnership with the Polish Red Cross (PCK) and the Polish Center for International Assistance (PCPM). It is financed by the funds of the European Union as part of the FAMI.02.SPECIFIC ACTIONS project, Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund 2021 – 2027 (90%) and the State budget (10%). The total cost of the project is 93,499,172.60 PLN, of which the amount of funding from the European Union is 84,149,255.34 PLN.
“Разом до незалежності” (WdN) – це загальнопольська програма, скерована до громадян України, які перебувають під тимчасовим захистом у Польщі та проживають у центрах колективного розміщення. Ціллю послуг, пропонованих в рамках Програми, є допомога в досягненні самостійності через вихід з центрів, відвідування професійних консультацій та участь в інтеграційних і адаптаційних заходах. Програма “Разом до незалежності” (WdN) реалізується Міністерством Внутрішніх Справ Та Адміністрації (MSWiA) у партнерстві з Польським Червоним Хрестом (PCK) та Польським Центром Міжнародної Допомоги (PCPM). Програма фінансується коштами Європейського Союзу в рамках проєкту FAMI.02.SPECIFIC ACTIONS, Фонд Притулку, Міграції та Інтеграції 2021 – 2027 (90%) та Державного бюджету (10%). Загальна вартість проєкту становить 93 499 172,60 злотих, з яких фінансування з боку Європейського Союзу становить 84 149 255,34 злотих.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR THE PROGRAM?
Individuals with a valid PESEL number assigned with UKR status and residing in collective accommodation centers in 9 provinces: Lower Silesia, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Lublin, Łódź, Mazovia, Opole, Podkarpacie, Pomerania, or Świętokrzyskie can apply for the Program. In other provinces, the Program is implemented by the Polish Center for International Assistance Foundation:www.pcpm.org.pl/wdn.

WHAT SUPPORT CAN YOU RECEIVE UNDER THE PROGRAM?
Funding for the deposit and part of the rent for a housing unit (apartment or room) for six months and support in fulfilling rental formalities.
Funding for moving costs and a voucher for purchasing equipment for the rented housing unit.
Support from a career counselor in job searching and developing your opportunities in the Polish job market.
Opportunity to participate in Polish language courses.
Access to a range of integration and adaptation events.
Funding for the deposit and part of the rent for a living space (apartment or room) for six months, as well as assistance in resolving formalities related to renting.
Coverage of moving costs and a voucher for purchasing equipment for the rented living space.
Support from a professional consultant in job searching and developing your opportunities in the Polish job market.
Opportunity to participate in Polish language courses.
Opportunity to participate in integration and adaptation activities.
HOW TO APPLY FOR THE PROGRAM?
Before filling out the application form, familiarize yourself with the information about the Program and the documents [documents to download].
Fill out the application for participation in the Program through[Application Form].
Within 7 business days, we will contact you by phone to verify your application and inform you of what documents we will need.
We will meet with you to check the documents confirming compliance with the criteria for participation in the Program.
After successful verification, you will be issued a certificate of acceptance into the Program.
From the moment of acceptance into the Program, you have 30 days to find suitable housing and provide the signed rental agreement.
After signing the Support Agreement, the funding will be transferred directly to the bank account of the landlord.

You can. The Program is nationwide, but it is implemented by two NGOs: Polish Red Cross (PCK) and Polish Center for International Assistance Foundation (PCPM). PCK accepts applications from provinces: Lower Silesia, Opole, Świętokrzyskie, Pomerania, Łódź, Podkarpacie, Mazovia, Lublin, and Kuyavian-Pomeranian. PCPM accepts applications from provinces: Silesia, West Pomerania, Warmia-Masuria, Lubusz, Greater Poland, Lesser Poland, Podlaskie.

Yes, but funding for rent is only granted to those who meet the Program's criteria. The amount of funding for rent and the deposit will be proportionally reduced based on the number of people who are not Program Participants.

Yes, but the rental agreement must contain the minimum scope of provisions, which can be found here [link]. Additionally, the tenant and landlord must sign the mandatory Clause to the lease agreement.

PCK provides funding only for full billing periods – each of the same length. For example, if the contract is signed on April 15, the first funding will be from April 15 to May 14, the next from May 15 to June 14 and in a similar pattern for the next four months.
ПЧХ (PCK) передбачає виплату фінансування лише за повні розрахункові періоди – однакової тривалості кожен. Наприклад, якщо договір буде підписано 15 квітня, то перше фінансування буде з 15 квітня до 14 травня, наступне – з 15 травня до 14 червня і за аналогічною схемою протягом наступних чотирьох місяців.
