International humanitarian law in relation to contemporary conflicts. Meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Over 900 participants from over 50 countries – family members of missing persons, experts, and representatives of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement – ​​gathered for the 4th International Conference of Families of Missing Persons. This is the only forum in the world entirely dedicated to the voices of families living with uncertainty about the fate of their loved ones.

August 30th is World Missing Persons Day. It's an excellent time to remember that the right to know the fate of loved ones is a fundamental human right, and the Polish Red Cross and the entire Red Crescent Movement work daily to fulfill it.
