Your job responsibilities:

  • Managing employee matters in the field of HR and payroll administration – maintaining personnel records, preparing documents related to employment, continuation, and termination of employment relations,

  • Recording employees' working time and absences and settling working time,

  • Supervision of the timeliness of medical examinations and health and safety training,

  • Handling the HR and payroll software Optima and Enova and the Płatnik program

  • Cooperation with external service providers,

  • Preparing reports, analyses, and summaries in the HR field for company needs,

  • Participating in HR projects.


Our requirements:

  • Higher education,

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in independently handling HR matters for a company employing more than 50 employees,

  • Practical knowledge of labor law and social security regulations,

  • Knowledge of the Optima HR and payroll program (a necessary condition),

  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint),

  • Very good work organization and ability to prioritize tasks,

  • High communication skills and ability to work in a team,

  • Accuracy, meticulousness, and commitment,

  • Diligence and precision in performing assigned tasks.

Information clause

In accordance with Article 13, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR), we inform you that:

  2. The data is collected for the purposes of conducting the recruitment process. The legal basis for data processing is: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) – consent of the person whose data is processed in respect of data not required by law, Article 6, paragraph 1, letters b) and c) – in terms of providing data necessary for entering into a contract and data required by labor law from the candidate.

  3. Personal data will not be disclosed to other entities.

  4. You have the following rights:
    o right of access to data (in accordance with Article 15 GDPR);
    o right to rectification of data (in accordance with Article 16 GDPR);
    o right to erasure of data (in accordance with Article 17 GDPR);
    o right to restriction of processing of data (in accordance with Article 18 GDPR);
    o right to data portability (in accordance with Article 20 GDPR);
    o right to object (in accordance with Article 21 GDPR);
    o right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
    o right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.

  5. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to present your professional profile.

  6. Consent to data processing can be revoked by sending a message to: zarzad.glowny@pck.pl or by mail to the address: ZG Polish Red Cross 00-561 Warsaw, ul. Mokotowska14. Withdrawal of consent means lack of participation in the recruitment process and deletion of your application.

  7. The information you provide will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

  8. Data will not be transferred to third countries and international organizations.

  9. Data will be stored until the offer of employment is accepted or rejected by the selected candidate, and then for 6 months for the purpose of defending against possible claims unless you consent to participate in further recruitment processes, in which case the data contained in the application documents will be stored for 1 year from the date of receipt.
