Position:

District Coordinator for Communications and Fundraising

Place of work: 

Warsaw Office of the Masovian District of the Red Cross


Budget for this position gross: 6,000 PLN

Deadline for applications is 18.09.2024.

Your responsibilities:

  • Initiating projects and implementing initiatives aimed at acquiring financial and material resources for the Red Cross.

  • Implementation of national image and fundraising campaigns of the Red Cross

  • Promoting Red Cross activities in local communities

  • Coordinating promotional and communication activities of the Red Cross in the district area, including activities of regional branches, in cooperation with the headquarters of the Red Cross.

  • Initiating and developing relationships with media.

  • Managing social media.

Our requirements:

  • Higher education, preferably in marketing, PR.

  • Experience in fundraising or related fields, such as marketing, customer acquisition, sales.

  • A light pen, ability to edit marketing content.

According to Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) we inform you that:

2. Data is collected for the purposes of conducting the recruitment process. The legal basis for data processing is: Article 6(1)(a) – consent of the data subject in the scope of data not required by law, Article 6(1)(b) and (c) – in the scope of providing data necessary to conclude a contract as well as data required by labor law from the candidate.
3. Personal data will not be shared with other entities.
4. You have the following rights:
o the right of access to data (according to Article 15 GDPR);
o the right to rectify data (according to Article 16 GDPR);
o the right to delete data (according to Article 17 GDPR);
o the right to restrict the processing of data (according to Article 18 GDPR);
o the right to data portability (according to Article 20 GDPR);
o the right to object (according to Article 21 GDPR);
o the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
o the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
5. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to present your professional profile.
6. Consent to data processing can be revoked by sending a message to the address: zarzad.glowny@pck.pl or by mail to: Main Board of the Polish Red Cross 00-561 Warsaw, ul. Mokotowska 14. Withdrawal of consent means no participation in the recruitment process and deletion of your application.
7. The information provided by you is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
8. Data will not be transferred to a third country or international organizations.
9. Data will be kept until the acceptance or rejection of the job offer by the chosen candidate, and then for 6 months to defend against any claims, unless you consent to participate in further recruitment processes, then the data contained in the application documents will be kept for 1 year from the date of their submission.
