Technical Dialog

We cordially invite you to participate in the technical dialogueto prepare a procurement procedure for which the subject will be an IT platform tailored to the needs and requirements of the Polish Red Cross.

The purpose of the technical dialogue is:

1. To plan and prepare a procurement procedure aimed at the rational use of the resources allocated in the budget for this purpose.

2. To acquire necessary information that can be used to prepare:

• the description of the subject of the order,

• the specification of the terms of the order,

• the conditions of the contract,

• the estimation of the value of the order,

• the determination of the period for task execution.

3. To gain knowledge about possible conditions related to the execution of tasks by potential service providers in the scope of:

• formulating a catalog of functional areas and determining the corresponding technology for the obtained tool in the context of managing relationships with participants of the planned activities or events.

4. Familiarization with available solutions on the market.

5. An assessment of the possibilities of cooperation with potential service providers.
