We are looking for a candidate for the position of Psychologist at the PCK Integration Center in Łódź

The Polish Red Cross Łódź Regional Branch is looking for individuals willing to work as a Psychologist in the PCK Integration Center in Łódź. The person in this position will be responsible for conducting psychological consultations for adult migrants and refugees at the PCK Integration Center.
Key Responsibilities:
conduct psychological consultations at the PCK Integration Center
leading initial psychological consultations;
diagnosis and preparation of psychological reports;
working with individuals using the Center's services on motivation for change;
one-off and periodic psychological consultations on, among other things: adaptive difficulties in living in Poland, experiences related to trauma, discrimination, and violence, difficulties related to family situation;
contacts with institutions, offices, schools, health care facilities, etc.;
contact with other team members involved in working with clients, referring clients to other specialists;
keeping records of meetings, updating the database;
participation in team meetings, training sessions, supervisions.
Required:
higher education in psychology confirmed by a diploma from a Polish university or a diploma from a foreign university recognized in Poland (master's degree in psychology);
experience in a similar position;
very good knowledge of the Ukrainian language (enabling independent psychological work with clients);
good knowledge of the Polish language in speech and writing
good organization of work;
communicativeness and independence;
commitment and a positive attitude towards duties.
Preferable:
experience in working with individuals with migration experiences;
experience in working with people in crisis and/or individuals at risk of exclusion;
intercultural competencies;
experience working in non-governmental organizations;
very good knowledge of the English language (enabling independent psychological work with clients);
