TECHNICAL DIALOG regarding the service of collecting, analyzing, mapping, and processing data on good practices (SAFE HOMES GUIDANCE PROJECT)

We cordially invite you to participate in a technical dialogue aimed at preparing a procurement procedure, the subject of which will be a service of collecting, analyzing, mapping, and developing data on best practices within the framework of the Safe Homes Guidance Project.

The goal of the technical dialogue is:
    1. To plan and prepare for the procurement procedure, which should lead to the rational and economical expenditure of funds allocated in the budget for this purpose.
    2. To obtain the necessary information that can be used to prepare:
        • a description of the subject of the procurement,
        • the specification of the procurement conditions,
        • the terms of the contract,
        • the estimation of the procurement value,
        • the determination of the project implementation period.
    3. To provide the Contracting Authority with knowledge about the possible conditions for the implementation of tasks by potential service providers in the area of:
        ◦ collecting and analyzing data: best methods for effective data collection and analysis for the effective implementation of the service;
        ◦ mapping strategies: assessing how to effectively map and analyze support programs for foster families in different regions of the country;
        ◦ identifying best practices: indicating best practices in the area of support and integration of foster families.
    4. To familiarize oneself with the available market solutions.
    5. To assess the possibilities of collaboration within the project with potential service providers.
