WHAT IS EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEERING? 
Employee volunteering is a strategic corporate initiative in which employees voluntarily engage in social activities for non-governmental organizations, charities, and local communities. This can include participation in charitable campaigns, organizing events, supporting those in need, or even sharing professional skills to help develop the organization.   3. Signing the volunteer agreement: Next, we sign an agreement or understanding that specifies the scope and conditions of volunteering.
  4. We take action: Employees participate in planned charitable actions or other forms of volunteering.
  5. Summary: After completing the activities, we conduct an analysis and summary of the effects and experiences related to volunteering.
