History

On May 8, World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day, the Polish Red Cross publishes a film presenting its refreshed logo and visual identity and joins the global campaign 'United in Humanity.' This symbolic connection emphasizes the continuity of the PCK's mission and its role in the international humanitarian movement.

New visual identity of PCK – a response to contemporary needs

The refresh of the visual identity is an element of the Polish Red Cross's brand development. The change aims to increase the coherence, readability, and recognizability of communication – particularly in digital channels. The film published on May 8 shows the evolution of the PCK logo and reminds us that although the form changes, the foundation of its actions remains the same.

'United in Humanity' – a joint campaign of the Red Cross movement

The Polish Red Cross joins the international campaign 'United in Humanity,' carried out by the Red Cross and Red Crescent movement. Its goal is to emphasize shared values and global solidarity in providing assistance – regardless of borders, origin, or beliefs. The campaign shows that millions of volunteers and workers around the world are acting together, guided by the principle of humanitarianism.

PCK's help in Poland – nearly 1 million people supported

The Polish Red Cross responds to current social needs, supporting, among others, children, the elderly, sick and injured individuals, as well as migrants and refugees. In 2025, nearly one million people across Poland received assistance. This included concrete support: meals, food aid, hygiene products, clothing, and financial support.

The same mission, the same values

The change in visual identity concerns the way of communication, not the mission of the organization. The Polish Red Cross remains true to the principles of humanitarianism, impartiality, and providing assistance to anyone in need. The slogan accompanying the change – 'We help from the beginning – without end' – emphasizes the durability of the organization's commitment and its presence with people and their needs – today and in the future.
