One of many activities of the Polish Red Cross aimed at the youngest is the organization of holiday attractions. Some have already started, while most are still ahead of us. For the youngest from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, a camp has been planned in Kazimierz Dolny. In the beautiful scenery of the seaside Ostrow, students from the Lublin Voivodeship will relax, while youth from Lesser Poland will spend time in Podhale. Children from the Łódź Voivodeship will have plenty of attractions by the Warta River, while those by the lake in Sława will be from the Lubusz Voivodeship.

In the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, entire families will benefit from summer vacations organized by the Polish Red Cross. It will be a special group of holidaymakers - most of them lost all their belongings during last year's flood. Joint holidays are meant to be a respite after many months of worries and struggles with the consequences of the disaster.

Youth involved in the movement of Social Youth Instructors of the Polish Red Cross will go on their annual camp to Teresin, where, apart from entertainment, educational workshops on first aid and the mission of the Red Cross will await them.

These are just some forms of summer leisure organized by the Polish Red Cross. In many cities, there will be day camps, trips, and integrative workshops. Children and youth meet in attractive playrooms, high rope parks, at creative workshops, and explore the surroundings.

The leisure organized by the Polish Red Cross is often the only attraction available to children during the summer. Participants of the holidays come from families struggling with many social and financial problems. The Polish Red Cross takes care to at least detach the youngest from daily worries for a few days. We believe that every child deserves a joyful and carefree childhood.
