What do the Humanitarian Support Groups do?
The Humanitarian Support Groups of PCK are an important element of the Humanitarian Assistance System of the Polish Red Cross. Mobilized by civil protection authorities, they respond to emergencies by providing support to those affected by crises. Their activities include logistical, informational, and material assistance, as well as organizing support points and distributing essential resources. Group members are trained and dedicated volunteers who provide help with professionalism and empathy.
What do the Medical Rescue Groups do?
The Medical Rescue Groups of PCK carry out comprehensive rescue operations, including providing qualified first aid and medical rescue operations directly at the disaster site. They cooperate with public authorities, supporting humanitarian and medical actions depending on the needs and scale of the incident.
