The Picnic "Let's Get to Know Each Other with PCK" took place in the Botanical Garden of the University of Zielona Góra. The event aimed to bring closer the activities of the PCK Regional Branch in Zielona Góra. The picnic featured participants from the Polish-Ukrainian Integration Center, Youth Social Instructors of PCK Zielona Góra, and the Humanitarian Aid Group PCK Zielona Góra.
During the Picnic, it was also possible to donate blood. A total of 6,300 ml of blood was collected during the mobile action in the Blood Bus. We thank the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Therapy Center in Zielona Góra for supporting our Picnic and being present at it.
Youth Social Instructors of PCK demonstrated resuscitation and conducted various activities and animations for children.
The Humanitarian Aid Group PCK Zielona Góra prepared a demonstration of an evacuation backpack.
Thanks to the mini garage sale, we obtained nearly 1,000 PLN for the statutory purposes of PCK Zielona Góra.
We thank the University of Zielona Góra for creating a station for measuring blood pressure and blood sugar as well as providing professional advice.
