On Saturday, March 28, 2026, the beneficiaries of the project "Together to Independence" had the opportunity to participate in a unique trip to the Glass Christmas Ornaments Factory in Gniezno. Although this place is primarily associated with the Christmas season, this time it became a space for discovering beautiful Easter traditions.
The workshops for decorating Easter ornaments turned out to be an incredibly inspiring experience that combined elements of education, integration, and creative fun. The participants began the meeting by learning about the history of the Easter egg and its symbolism, which has held an important place in Polish tradition for centuries. They then embarked on a fascinating "journey" tracing the creation of pysanky – from the first stages of preparation to the final decorations.

However, the practical part was the most popular, during which each participant had the opportunity to create a unique decoration for the Easter table by hand. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, colorful, detail-rich decorations were created that captivated with their creativity and meticulous execution. This was a time not only for developing manual skills but also for building self-confidence and enjoying the creative process.
The trip to Gniezno was also an excellent opportunity for the project's participants to integrate and spend time together in a friendly, inspiring atmosphere. Smiles, engagement, and satisfaction from the work done by hand accompanied everyone throughout the day.
