Nearly 100 graduates of the center have become honorary blood donors, and the PCK Circle operates continuously based on volunteers. In 2001, he was the initiator of the establishment of the Honorary Blood Donors Club of PCK at the Higher Spiritual Seminary in Koszalin. The club was composed of 20 honorary blood donors - clerics and priests. Currently, due to the minimal number of clerics, the club has limited its activities, but at the rector's invitation, it organizes lectures on honorary blood donation and PCK.

In 2004, in connection with the 85th anniversary of its establishment, he was the initiator of the construction and sponsor of the PCK monument

In 2007-2008, he was a co-organizer of open blood donation events among employees
and students of the Koszalin University of Technology. The events were held under the patronage of the university rector and the President of Koszalin. About 600 donors participated in the action, from whom a total of 265 liters of blood was collected. From 2008 to 2016, he was the coordinator of the PCK honorary blood donation promotion actions and the "Musketeer Network" under the title "We Collect Blood for Poland", which were organized at Intermarche stores in Koszalin, Sławno, and Darłowo. During 9 actions, a total of 195 liters of blood were collected from around 400 blood donors.

Bernard Krupski shows particular activity in promoting honorary blood donation among high school students in Koszalin and the Koszalin district. During his activity, he organized nearly 300 lectures, in which an estimated 2,000 students participated.
He is also a co-organizer of festive academies on the occasion of Honorary Blood Donation Days under the auspices of local government authorities in Koszalin.
In 2016, the National PCK Congress awarded Bernard Krupski the title of Honorary Member for exceptional merits. In 2021, he was elected to the Chapter of the PCK Honorary Badge.

Since 2018, he has also supported the activities of the IKAR Historical Reconstruction Association in Koszalin, which conducts educational activities and patriotic activities related to commemorating historical events and the heroism of Warsaw Insurgents, soldiers of the 5th Vilnius Brigade of the AK Major "Łupaszka", and the struggles of the cursed soldiers.

He continuously supports the West Pomeranian District Branch of the PCK not only with financial donations but, above all, with unwavering commitment and dedication to the PCK mission, continually inspiring younger generations.
