This is the title of the workshops conducted at the State Primary School No. 3 in Kozienice, for the School PCK circles.
It was organized by the District Branch of the PCK in Kozienice, thanks to funds obtained from the Kozienice Municipality as part of the Open Competition for Public Benefit Tasks.
The workshops consisted of several parts:
a lecture on addiction among youth,
a lecture plus practical exercises on threats to life and health and how to respond to them, as well as resuscitation in practice,
yoga classes,
the workshop "My body defines me," which aimed to teach young people how to cope with complexes.
Activities for youth from the School PCK circles are a great initiative of the PCK Branch in Kozienice! A lot of useful and practical knowledge that received great interest and involvement from the workshop participants.
