Dear Sir or Madam,
World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day is a time to celebrate the spirit of humanitarianism and to appreciate the efforts of those who are changing the world for the better.
On behalf of the Board of the Polish Red Cross and on my own, I would like to express heartfelt thanks to all volunteers, members, and employees for bringing help to those in need every day and in times of crisis. Your work serves as an example and inspiration for others to act in the name of humanitarian values such as dignity, respect, compassion, as well as protection and assistance, embedded in the principles of the Red Cross.
Today, on our holiday, we strive to fulfill some dreams of needy children, for whom a new set of crayons, a warm meal, and good shoes are still unattainable. Thanks to your support, we can change the fate of those in need. Together, we can do more!
