How does DOBROsklep work?
People who want to donate clothes and items intended for sale can bring them to the store at Banderii 4 or to the headquarters of the Mazovian District Branch of the Polish Red Cross at Szańcowa 25 in Warsaw.
Items are best prepared in a large plastic bag or secured box if they are fragile.
Companies and stores can also donate items for sale. The items are entered into the cash register system, tagged, and sold. The profits from the sale are allocated to aid activities, such as organizing trips and school supplies for children, assisting families and single parents, supporting seniors, and the Warsaw Uprising veterans.
The store model is based on donors and volunteers, which allows for effective operation.
